By accessing this website and engaging with McLion’s Research Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All services provided by McLion’s Research Group are subject to a separate written agreement. Clients will be required to review and execute a formal service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and conditions prior to the commencement of any services.

1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or restrict the use of this site by others.

You agree not to use this website or any information obtained through it for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to harassment, targeting, or exploitation of individuals or organizations.

2. Consultation Services

All services are provided for informational and advisory purposes only and do not constitute legal, law enforcement, or security guarantees.

The Client acknowledges that recommendations are based on available information at the time and may be incomplete or subject to change. The Company shall not be responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on such recommendations.

 

3. Scheduling and Payment
Consultations must be requested through official channels. An administrative scheduler will contact you to confirm appointment details and provide payment instructions. Full payment is required prior to confirmation of any consultation. Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend services for non-payment, disputed charges, or suspected misuse of services. Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Company to resolve any dispute.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the full service fee.

 

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation for any reason.

 

Rescheduling requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to availability. The Company is under no obligation to accommodate rescheduling requests.

 

By purchasing services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

5. Confidentiality
McLion’s Research Group is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Information shared during consultations or through this website is treated as private and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law, to prevent harm or unlawful activity, or to facilitate necessary service operations such as payment processing. While reasonable safeguards are in place, you acknowledge that electronic communications may carry inherent security risks.

Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary methodologies, threat models, intelligence findings, or analytical frameworks provided by the Company. These confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely and do not expire.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided on this website or during consultations, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, proprietary methodologies, analyses, and any related materials, are the exclusive property of McLion’s Research Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of McLion’s Research Group. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

7. Disclaimer

All services, analyses, and information provided by the Company are for informational and advisory purposes only. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information or recommendations provided.

The Client acknowledges that all findings and recommendations are based on information available at the time of service and may be subject to change, interpretation, or limitation.

Services provided do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, law enforcement, or other licensed professional advice. The Client is solely responsible for seeking qualified licensed professionals where appropriate.

 

The Client further acknowledges that any decisions made or actions taken based on the Company’s services are undertaken at the Client’s own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, McLion’s Research Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or financial loss, arising out of or relating to the use of this website, participation in consultation services, reliance on any information provided, or the inability to access or use such services, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from third-party actions, criminal activity, misuse of information, or the Client’s failure to properly interpret or implement any recommendations or findings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of McLion’s Research Group for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

9. User Responsibility

The Client represents and warrants that all information provided to the Company is accurate, complete, and current. The Client acknowledges that the quality and effectiveness of the services depend on the accuracy and completeness of such information.

The Client further agrees that they are solely responsible for verifying any information provided, and for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from their use of the Company’s services or reliance on any information, analyses, or recommendations provided by the Company.

 

10. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

12. Governing Law
